Booking, Cancellation, and Payment Policy
Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, text, or email.
Timings should be strictly Followed and in case if you got stuck at our private time, we were not responsible for the precious time of yours and Sunday is all ours.
Monday – 9am to 6pm | Tuesday – 9am to 6pm | Wednesday – 9am to 6pm | Thursday – 9am to 6pm | Friday – 9am to 6pm |
Saturday – 9am to 2pm | Sunday – Holiday|
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your scheduled service date and time.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Vehicles arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time or for “noshows.”
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests.

Payment Policy
In the event of non-payment, SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing reserves the right to withhold, detain, and place a lien on the vehicle until full payment is received.
Any additional labor or service beyond the quoted estimate (e.g., excessive pet hair, organic substance removal, or off-road contamination) may be billed at the regular hourly shop rate of $125/hour.
