All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, text, or email. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your scheduled service date and time.

Please ensure you arrive on time. Vehicles arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests.

In the event of non-payment, SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing reserves the right to withhold, detain, and place a lien on the vehicle until full payment is received.
