• I acknowledge that before and after pictures of my vehicle may be published for marketing purposes after any identifying information has been removed. We respect your privacy.
• I will remove all personal items from my vehicle. SPSACD will not be held responsible for any missing items. It is the policy of SPSACD to return any items left inside the vehicle during detailing.
• Any dispute arising from this transaction is subject to the judicial process in the state of New Hampshire, USA.
• I release SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing from any liability claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, as a result of services performed.
•  I understand and agree that SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants (including, but not limited to, irremovable carpet or seat stains, irreversible paint defects, etc.) or odors.
• I understand that SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing will not, under any circumstances, apply any chemicals, cleaning materials, solvents, or dressings to the steering wheel, clutch, brake, or accelerator pedals of my vehicle.
• I release SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing from any liability for any damage, visible or otherwise, that occurs before the vehicle is submitted for services and after the client has removed it from the premises.
• I authorize SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing to spend up to one (1) additional hour, billed at the regular hourly shop rate ($125), for any extra time spent on any quoted service, including, but not limited to, excessive pet hair removal, organic substance removal, off-road contamination, etc.
• I certify that I am the registered owner or have full authority of the registered owner(s) of the vehicle being submitted to SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing for services. SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing cannot be held liable in the event an unauthorized individual submits a vehicle for services.
• I agree to make payment for all services agreed upon, either orally or in writing, before my vehicle is released back to me. I authorize SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing to withhold, detain, and issue a lien on my vehicle should I refuse to make payment for services rendered.
• I agree that SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing will not be held liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
