Terms & Agreement
1. Authorization. By signing below, the customer authorizes SPS Auto Care to perform the detailing services described on this work order and agrees to pay all charges upon completion unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

2. Liability Waiver. SPS Auto Care will exercise professional care when servicing your vehicle. However, SPS Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, damaged or missing items, or damage resulting from inferior or defective parts, materials, or substandard repairs performed by a third party.

3. Deposit Policy. A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your final service invoice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit.

4. Post-Detail Care. Customer agrees to follow all post-service care instructions provided by SPS Auto Care, including avoiding water exposure or automatic car washes for the period specified on the care card. Failure to comply may void warranty on certain services (e.g. ceramic coatings).

5. Vehicle Release. SPS Auto Care reserves the right to place a lien on any vehicle for which charges have not been paid in full within 30 days of the service completion date, per applicable state laws.

6. Photography. SPS Auto Care may photograph your vehicle before and after service for quality control and marketing purposes. Please indicate below if you do NOT wish your vehicle to be used in marketing materials.

7. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from services rendered must be reported within 48 hours of vehicle pick-up. SPS Auto Care will make a reasonable effort to rectify any valid concerns at no additional charge.
