SPS Auto Consulting & Detailing — Service Agreement
1. Authorization. By signing, the customer authorizes SPS Auto Care to perform the detailing services described and agrees to pay all charges upon completion unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
2. Liability Waiver. SPS Auto Care will exercise professional care when servicing your vehicle. However, SPS Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, damaged or missing items, or damage resulting from inferior parts or substandard third-party repairs.
3. Deposit Policy. A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your appointment. Deposits apply toward your final invoice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit.
4. Post-Detail Care. Customer agrees to follow all post-service care instructions, including avoiding water exposure or automatic car washes for the period specified on the care card. Failure to comply may void warranties on certain services (e.g., ceramic coatings).
5. Vehicle Release. SPS Auto Care reserves the right to place a lien on any vehicle for which charges have not been paid in full within 30 days of service completion, per applicable state laws.
6. Photography. SPS Auto Care may photograph your vehicle before and after service for quality control and marketing purposes.
7. Communications. By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages, emails, and phone calls regarding your appointment, promotions, and auto detailing information from SPS Auto Care.
8. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours of vehicle pick-up. SPS Auto Care will make a reasonable effort to rectify valid concerns at no additional charge.
